Independent service

Logicspire is an independent AI API reseller providing access through a compatible gateway. It is not an Anthropic or OpenAI account, subscription, or official API key, and Logicspire is not affiliated with those companies.

Orders and payment

Orders are fulfilled only after manual payment verification. Customers must transfer the exact displayed amount and submit a valid receipt within the reservation period.

Usage and refunds

Balance is consumed according to actual model usage. Refund eligibility ends after more than five percent of the delivered balance is used, subject to applicable law. Fraudulent receipts or abusive use may result in suspension.

Support

Support covers Logicspire-issued access, delivery, and dashboard availability. Configuration of third-party clients is the customer’s responsibility.

Availability

Models and upstream pools may change. The models displayed in the delivered dashboard are the current source of truth.
